Rehabilitation Programs
Having seen thousands of climbing-related injuries throughout her career, Carrie has spent years developing climbing-specific rehab programs for her patients that allow them to get back to the crag stronger and pain-free.
Now, these programs are available for climbers everywhere. Each is designed to guide you through your recovery with step-by-step instructions and videos, broken up into easy-to-digest chunks that you can follow at your own pace.
With year-long subscription access, you can get the information you need at any time by logging In on your phone or computer. Plus, we’ll continue to update and add to these programs as the world of climbing medicine expands, so you’ll always have the most up-to-date information right at your fingertips.
Sometimes injuries heal quickly or are minor and need a shorter program so we created the monthly subscription so you can cancel at any time.
